Multiple Development Options for
Current and Future Local Church Leaders
Our MINISTRY WEEKEND is a fully customizable event focused on partnering with pastors to help accelerate the development of a church congregation’s understanding and expression of Biblical worship. Our experienced collective of ministers can serve a local church over one or multiple weekends in the following ways:
- WEEKEND SERVICES:
- Preaching and teaching, especially on worship
- Leading worship
- Music ministry around a specific message, series, season, or ministry moment in the service.
- WORSHIP NIGHT:
- Leading and/or Co-leading a special night of ministry and worship for the whole congregation
- OUTREACH EVENT:
- An event the church is doing that needs live music (both congregational and non-congregational), including instrumental music, original songs, and well-known songs, .
- STAFF RETREATS:
- Session(s) of teaching, ministry and encouragement for church pastors, staff members, and key leaders.
- TEAM NIGHTS:
- A session of teaching, ministry and encouragement for worship arts ministry members (musicians, singers, songwriters, production, and more!).
- WORSHIP WORKSHOPS:
- Hands-on Development Experience focusing on a specific worship arts skill (songwriting; musicians; singers; production, and more!)
- LEADERSHIP MENTORING:
- 1-1 in-person coaching sessions with a current or future leader.

Our WORSHIP INFUSION WEEKEND combines classroom sessions and hands-on and interactive workshops that focus on developing current and future worship ministry leaders of all ages who love Jesus – love worship arts – and love serving others! This ‘long weekend’ conference–style Development Experience typically runs from Thursday night through Sunday afternoon in partnership with a specific local church.
Worship arts team members, along with volunteer and staff leaders will gather to worship, pray, eat, play, and learn together. This is an amazing local church community event that galvanizes the worship arts team and is also a great way to invite and see new people added to the worship arts ministry at your church!

SUMMER WORSHIP CAMP is our weekday format Development Experience that typically runs Tuesday-Friday, 9a-3pm, in partnership with a specific local church. It combines classroom sessions and hands-on and interactive workshops that focus on developing current and future worship ministry leaders of all ages who love Jesus – love worship arts – and love serving others!
Worship arts team members, along with volunteer and staff leaders will gather to worship, pray, eat, play, and learn together. This is an amazing local church community event that galvanizes the worship arts team and is also a great way to invite and see new people added to the worship arts ministry at your church!

WORSHIP TEAM WORKSHOP is a customizable semester-long Development Experience typically runs once a week for 8-16 weeks in partnership with a specific local church.. It combines classroom sessions and hands-on and interactive workshops that focus on developing current and future worship ministry leaders of all ages who love Jesus – love worship arts – and love serving others!
Worship arts team members, along with volunteer and staff leaders will gather to worship, pray, eat, play, and learn together. This is an amazing local church community event that galvanizes the worship arts team and is also a great way to invite and see new people added to the worship arts ministry at your church!

Our LEADERSHIP MENTORING Development Experience is completely customizable, and is especially designed for anyone already in a leadership role at their local church. Our current local church leaders involved in this Development Experience include volunteer, part-time, and full-time Lead Pastors, Executive Pastors, as well as Ministry Pastors and Directors.Our collective of mentors has extensive experience in the following local church Ministries: Pastoral; Worship; Creative; Production; Outreach/Missions; Discipleship.
These 1-1 coaching conversations can happen in any interval between once a week to once every 3 months, and are a safe place for connecting with an experienced mentor who has the heart and the skills to help people thrive in their ministry roles.
