2009 is upon us, and we at Worship Without Borders look back on 2008 with deep gratitude to God and His many faithful servants who have made it so filled with excitement, challenge and fulfillment. Thank you for your part, whether in prayer, financial support and personal words of encouragement. You have sustained us in a challenging season and helped us keep our eyes on the Prize: Jesus!
You have read of the many successful missions trips last year (see previous blogs). We have laughed and cried with pastors and leaders around the world as God has opened some amazing doors for us to walk through. Our joy is your joy.
We now look forward to many opportunities in 2009, among them are:
- Puebla, Mexico
- Veracruz, Mexico
- West Palm Beach, Florida
- Nigeria and Ghana
- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India
We hope also to make it back to Uganda to see how those orphans are doing on Bussi Island. We also would love to revisit and minister with our friends in Brazil, Japan and Australia.
Thank you for your continued prayers and support and uplifting emails and notes. Keep ’em coming.
Also, remember you can receive a tax-deduction for a gift to Worship Without Borders if postmarked before January 1, 2009 or you can simply donate online through our Paypal account.
God bless you richly in 2009. The best is yet to come.
Tim and Maryl Smith, Your worship missionaries
