Bryan Bettis
Bryan was born into a loving family in Portland, Oregon. His first memories of being involved in music ministry includes singing duets with his brother Luke that his dad and mom had written and/or arranged. Singing in church on Sunday was just as important as singing in the local soup kitchen ‘mission’ before his dad would share the gospel with whomever was there. As a result, Bryan’s ministry has always been deeply rooted in the concept of collaboratively ministering to and serving others, both in church and outside of the church building.
The biggest dream that God has placed in Bryan’s heart, is that his short existence here on earth would help people everywhere experience meaningful & memorable moments with our triune God. Since Bryan was 6 years old, he has been serving and ministering to others in these kinds of moments, especially through the worshipful expression of music.
Bryan and his wife Amy love ministering to others, especially through the worshipful art-expression of music. They have been serving together on ministry teams since the early 2000’s, and have been married since 2007. Bryan & Amy’s collaborative ministry-moments now include their own kids, especially because of their shared passion for raising up the next generation. These moments are always centered on the finished work of Jesus, and on seeing the Supernatural Power & Unconditional Love of our Triune God released in & through others.
For the last 25+ years, Bryan has been honored with the opportunity to serve in full-time pastoral teams in diverse local church communities across the United States, from congregations of 50 to over 15,000. His vocational occupations have included roles as a pastor, mentor, and teacher, as well as worship leader, songwriter, music minister, and creative director. He has co-labored with teams to design and steward healthy ministry ecosystems—across multi-site, multi-department, and multi-generational church settings. His leadership has spanned Worship, Creative Arts, Production, Technical Arts, Outreach, Education, and Discipleship ministries.

In addition to local church ministry, Bryan has enjoyed being invited to serve at conferences, camps, and special events in partnership with churches, governments, schools, and nonprofit ministries. He often describes these as “meaningful ministry exchanges,” where, even while offering leadership encouragement, he finds himself just as blessed and ministered to by those he serves.
Internationally, Bryan has had the honor of ministering in almost 30 nations; experiencing the eternal significance of finding long-lasting friendships with like-minded minsters around the world. These experiences have deepened His sense of understanding and gratitude, both for what God has done in and through his life, and for the ways God’s love can reach every human soul and community through music and the Bible.
As a lifelong musician, Bryan’s passion for arranging, writing, and playing music continues to be one of his greatest joys in ministry. He is a published singer-songwriter, worship leader and musician through multiple music labels, and has been blessed to have the opportunity to collaborate on dozens of music recording projects, and in music ministry moments with some people you have probably heard of, and with other equally gifted people that you probably haven’t heard of :)

Bryan has a conviction to continually experience the development of his personal character and gifts, his skillset competency, and an increased compassion; becoming increasingly equipped to be a blessing to everyone around him. He holds a degree in Music Performance with a minor in Music Education and is currently working on a Mdiv. degree.

Bryan & Amy love leading worship together and currently reside in Colorado Springs with their 3 amazingly wonderful children: Zayah David, Olivia Rose, & Bella Grace. Their family has said yes to our Triune God’s constant, grace-filled invitation to experience a never-ending, meaningful, adventurous walk and dance with Him.
Bryan, Amy, Zayah, Olivia & Bella have hearts that burn with a hope-filled passion for our Triune God to use all of the gifts, skills, & life experiences He has given them to help others step into the wide-open spaces of the abundant life available for everyone who believes in Jesus!
